The location was incredible, just a short walk away from an enclosed regional shopping mall. Further, it was close enough to resturants and the mall and the Galleria Mall. The rooms were clean with 2 beds, everything was wonderful. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator were a big plus.

The accommodation had a central location in a great area. Moreover, it's next to many restaurants, grocery stores, a shopping mall, and many other conveniences and the mall.

Had a fairly nice stay for the price, will definitely visit place for next time.

The hotel was immaculately clean and staff were extremely friendly and excellent, everything was nice. The location turned out to be marvellous and incredible. It was just a short stroll away from Chick-fil-A, serving fast food. Really enjoyed this brand-new venue, recommend.

This accommodation had a central setting in a clean place. Had lunch/dinner at Auntie Ann's Llc, which I found just a short walk away from the hotel. I was satisfied with the clean and perfect room, there were a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets just in case.

The location in a beautiful area was good and perfect and there were a mall and a big shopping mall nearby. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with 2 beds. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were horrible. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, we would book again: )

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites for a weekend getaway with my furry friend. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants, and had easy access to the freeway. The staff, especially Christina at the front desk, were amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even checking in via text. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and had a good breakfast. The kitchen staff even accommodated my dietary restrictions. it was a fantastic experience.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and satellite TV, climate control and a microwave oven. Exceptional services, fast Wi-Fi. Nice pool. Location close to two restaurants and Galleria mall and grocery stores. For tea or coffee visit Pyramids Cafe nearby.

The location was great and stunning for Franklin, adjacent to the Cool Springs Galleria, beautiful Franklin, and Close to great restaurants. I was happy to find Auntie Ann's Llc, it was just a short walk away from the hotel and served nice food.

towneplace suites in franklin always delivers a great experience, but this time it was exceptional. the staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions, providing a tasty breakfast option. the convenient location and clean room made my stay even more enjoyable.
